2: its not very load bearing
3: 3x3 molle is kinda lacking for expansion
4: the quick tightening thing likes to loosen up under heavy use requiring constant tightening
5: the straps that dangle from the quick tightener can get in the way or ball up and make the straps longer causing them to either get snagged or go into some pouches (the latter is uncommon but not impossible)
