if it is lvl 4 it’s a backer for ceramic

i’m going to be honest, modern plates you don’t have to worry about dropping and breaking. i’ve dropped my plates from 10 ft up on accident and they are fine

also all plates will fracture sfter multiple shots

if you really want polyethylene get the ones that have it as backers for ceramic

and also spend 5-600 a plate
