raiders tend to roam in groups of 3 to 4. they tend to look much more geared than a typical scav, more player-like

it depends on the map; all bosses have different behaviour patterns.

||killa is solo, and roams interchange. no group.
shturman has 2 guards on woods, and they will roam in an area, but not necessarily together, and will also try to flank you.

glukhar is on reserve, and has 5 others i believe. 2 guards who roam directly with gluhar, 2 guys that rush you, and one that will try and snipe you and reposition to kill you.

sanitar has 2 guards, and they roam as a group. theyre on shoreline.

reshala has 4 guards, and im not sure how they work exactly but they tend to roam together. theyre on customs.

and then theres the new bosses, which i havent fought yet so im not sure how they work, but they can spawn on customs, interchange, woods, and somewhere else||

||tagilla is on factory, and is also solo, and will bum-rush you with a sledgehammer||

I'm just gonna start listening to music while I play because there's no point of going by audio. Your teammate can kill a scav while you're right next to them and you don't even hear the gunshot until after the scav body has hit the ground. Grenade audio is either completely backwards or there's none at all. Vertical audio is abysmal. And then what I described above. Where I have ear pros and can't hear people within 10 meters of me, but when they're further away it sounds like they are directly next to me.

Reshala is a coward and will hide/run behind his guards. On dorms 3 he often ends up at the marked room/roof access, and on gas station he'll often end up near the bus

Sthurman has like 3 spawns and will not move much until he gets shot at, whereupon he likes to move, take a burst of shots, and move again. If you bring a big bullet you can snipe him from his passive state or during his movement to new cover. He has like double pmc health so you need a big bullwt for the headshot||

Sound is basically mandatory in eft unless you are just loot running without caring if you die. Unfortunately sound in EFT is really bad at the same time. All volume levels are off to some degree, directional isn't the best, vertical is useless, etc. It's been this way for a while.

@modest ravine I've been playing since 2019 and I know audio is mandatory. But audio is so fucked at this point that even streamers are just listening to music while they play. Everything I typed above is what has been happening in my raids this wipe. But yes vertical audio at this point is almost non-existent. And direction audio is all over the place. When someone is sprinting right next to me and there's no audio. But you hear them creeping when they are over 50 meters ahead of you, that's a problem. It's why I said what I said. Not saying these things to bash BSG. Just it's been a very long time since I can recall audio being this bugged

I think it does add a bit more interest to scav if other scavs do kill you. Like otherwise it would just be run around get loot, no worries after like 20 minutes all the PMCs are gone. So not necessarily bad that scav karma isn't a real deterrent.

BIG NEWS. Airwingmarine proved the air filter unit DOES WORK. When people were testing it this wipe they werent testing BEFORE installing the unit. So its still bugged in a way where you dont need a filter inside for it to work. Once you install the unit you get the 40% boost and its proven to work. Big big news
