All M700 and SV-98 snipers have scopes, the rest vary

My current count this wipe is 57 mosin, 22 SKS, 10 SV-98, 6 AK variants, and 3 SVD. Haven’t found an M700 one yet, but when I found them last wipe they had M61.

They also can and do spawn with NVGs, so do night runs and go after the ones you can get to for farming those.
