I can answer this for you easily, no offense, you're new like you said. You are probably running absolute shit gear that might be good for you, but isn't "meta". The second you strap on some t6 armor with a mutant and go labs or reserve, you get shot through buildings or just instant wiped off spawn.

Unless you have something good or are near them, they will ignore you. It's not worth their time to go after someone with an ak that has a sight and grip on it.

labs is the most blatant, reserve is the second as many people run it geared, and then some will run interchange to farm tech loot. Labs is weird right now, I have gotten completely empty lobbies with only 1 other guy plus my duo, or instant hacked off spawn

you will never really find cheaters on the other maps, shoreline sometimes I guess, but customs, factory, woods, etc. They have nothing to gain from it

I'd assume that's due to the level 20 flea. Most I know are just hitting level 20 unless they are absolute tarkov grinders. The only other one left is cheaters.

When I'm referring to cheaters, I should mention I'm really only talking about the blatant shoot through walls, 100 hit your altyn, etc. I'm sure the other maps have loads of closet cheaters, who say "well everyone cheats so I am too". The people cheating to make money have it down to a science. They will maximize profit for their time

Hey all does anybody have an issue where it randomly gives you 200 ping every couple raids? I’m in Australia (east coast) and my server is SET to OCE

The ping kick usually steps in and removes me from the raid, causing me to lose millions of rubles. It’s kinda ruined the game for me. My speed tests are all fine, I don’t use VPNs. I contacted my ISP and all they said was “contact the developers” but obviously we can’t. Doesn’t happen in ANY other game and I use Ethernet

If anyone here is new to tarkov, the 7n1 for the mosin rifle turns a simple ordinary rifle into expert multi tool giving you the ability to clean your fish, fix your truck engine, dig a bathroom hole, and you can even plug it externally into a PC or any USB and charge it so that it has a little LED light at the end of the barrel in case you ever get lost at night. I think it's to fight ppl selling them. Key spawns are kind of vague and unreliable so it leads to selling high on the flea. At the beginning of the wipe I sold soooo many oli keys no one checked spawn for for around 500k ea

While everyone else would be like .50 for starting. Or whatever.

Again, it doesn't make sense to make the fence .20 when the fence doesn't even give rep like the other fences do. His rep should be treated differently, and thus, have a raised score to correlate with the heightened reputation ceiling

And it states in the ad that you get "good standing" with all traders. .20 is -not- good standing with the Fence.

I honestly do not care all too much about the bonus standing. But if you feel that this should be in the game, you can go to the forums and add it as a suggesting.

It's not pay to win if you lose standing the moment you start playing (if you want to). You already get good standing with all reputations (giving a huge advantage when it comes to getting them to level 4 over non Edge of Darkness members). That much is pay to win, but was designed by the devs as being so. (otherwise, it wouldn't have been a perk). As such, per terms of agreement (even in small and seemingly picky) the ad states you get ALL DLC free (in the form of a season pass)+Good standing with all Traders. This is simply a minor case of false advertisement (in a beta, anything can be adjusted, but once 1.0 is released, this will be a sticky point for people that want to use it to complain, for sure) As such, it seems to be now would be a good time to iron out this tiny detail so that it won't be ugly at any time in the future. Just being proactive about something that caught my eye, not really trying to make a stink about it.

And because it doesn't bother you, personally, doesn't mean it won't bother some.

i feel that the initially "good" is subjective because that +0.2 technically gives you a "good" standing as you are at the start not 0 or negative with any of the traders (maybe a loop hole).

You can report a bug via the game launcher in the bottom right corner of it. Also you can attach your ingame logs and screenshots. Btw screenshot names contain your pms's grid numbers, heading, etc, therefore i do not recommend to rename them, if you plan to attach them in a bug report

anyone else lose trader rep without completing any quests? I had jaeger T4 and all of a sudden im back to 3 i havent completed any quests in a while.

If you fail certain quests, you can lose trader rep with certain other traders. Like failing certain skiier missions will auto lose like .15 rep with jaeger, same for therapist and proper. Also: Completing certain missions will also result in rep from other traders periodically going down.
