You know, I bought EFT two weeks ago and hit level 10 on Thursday - only at level 10 do you discover how horribly unfair the game is to starting players

once fleamarket opens, things get sooooo much easier, it's not even funny

I was scraping by at level 5 to get a half decent gun for a PMC run - then fleamarket opens and a single scav run nets you 400-500k

and BOOM you can get a pretty decent PMC gear every hour instead of spending an entire night scraping by selling gear for peanuts to regular vendors

I look at the cost per slot and see which item is worth least - sometimes it can be very deceptive. Some small weapon part can be worth 40-50.000

yesterday I found a water filter worth 280.000 and it only took up two slots - a hard drive on the other hand only goes for 8.000 or so - not really worth keeping

@lone bobcat headsets are according to personal tastes and play style - different headsets amplify different sounds. I googled your question before and there's Youtube vids that give sound examples of each headset to help you make a decision

I personally don't like headsets that amplify sharp sounds too much since everything becomes over-saturated and it's hard to judge distances from sound. I've often been killed because I thought the sounds were further away than expected.

in solo: instant kill cam - in team, kill cam once entire team is dead

plus, in team it will be easier to spot cheaters anyway - in solo you're dead before you realize you're shot, in team the cheater needs to repeat it a few times at least so potential cheating becomes more obvious to report

anyways while you return to find your answer to your fps drops:

• HDDs can cause you to drop frames since it is harder to load different scenes on the map rapidly (Causes your game to slow down so that your HDD can catch up in simple terms)
• Servers could be dying which causes you (sometimes) to drop frames, same thing with your internet connection
• Perhaps you're thermal throttling if you're on a laptop which causes performance to drop

These are my main guesses, if you can provide some more info maybe I could pinpoint to smth more specific, but these are the most common issues
