I'm not sure if that extract is always active. Think of RUAF Roadblock on Customs, it might be on your extract list but it only works if the light is on. Perhaps CCP Temporary works similarly?

I believe everyone is limited to 1 per restock, though there should be a good enough amount in stock that if you're around within the first half of his restock timer, you should be able to pick one up. i rarely get the out of stock message when buying them from him

both CMS and survival kit lower the max health of the limb for the rest of the raid, the CMS lowers it more than the survival. a CMS kit is a 1 by 2 slot item with 5 uses, the survival kit is a 1 by 3 slot item with 15 uses. if a limb that has been healed by surgery is blacked again, surgery can be done again, but the max hp of that limb will lower again

Certainly a subjective one, the largest is the "Raid bag", forgot the name. But I personally believe it's the blackjack because it's nearly the same size but it does not have the profile of the raid bag which increases your size by 1/3. For Budget, f5s, f4s, Paratuses and Tri-Zips are solid options. I would not go for an Attack 2 as the barter only option for it has caused it's cost on the flea to increase by a lot.
