@viscid holly hideout takes work, but worth in long run, for shorter scav cooldown, Bitcoin farm for money, crafting items for many various quests. Rather useful really. Also helps you learn useful items to sell for dollars on the market too. Hideout crafts items/upgrade stuff usually goes for a shiny nickel or two.
