AKS-74U from prapor. Get good ammo from stronghold scav runs (BT BS BP). GSSh headset for now, go to fence to try and get a kirasa armor or 6b13, dont worry about helmet as lvl 1 trader helmets are worthless to save your life.
not the best but its around 100k mark for that loadout but you will want to go stronghold for decent ammo for the AK tbh
