A couple tips:

• Come in with very low expectations of yourself, makes losing less frustrating.

• Try not running a lot or make a lot of noise, it will save you and let you hear for others.

• Focus ammo above all else, it's the only thing that can actually affect your killing ability imo.

Everytime you load into let's say customs it'll be the same. The loot will however be different and vary. And when you load into let's say shoreline it'll be the same everytime just loot may vary, but customs and shoreline are not the same at all.

if you're new you can't really level up fast unless you are good at shooter games. quickest way to level up imo is to farm scavs on factory

Quests, generally killing and looting but most of all surviving.

Early game doing it passively by going in, getting a quest done, gunning down a few scavs and looting a few crates will get you to lvl 10 soon. Killing PMCs are also good, but I wouldn't reccomend hunting them out unless you really want to get your day messed up.

BSG does ban cheaters, however if sites or hosts don't have anything in their TOS about breaking other games TOS, BSG can't just get the site shut down.

As mods we've taken down a few domains selling cheats because their server hosts don't allow their products to break other softwares TOS.
