within 2 weeks of a wipe people will be runnign around with 55A1 ezpz, it can 2 tap class 4 armors which is what a decent amount of people will be running

at 800+ rpm

so I don't think BT or BS going to similar stats at 650 rpm would break anything

just give 5.45 a much needed buff (imo) and make them more relevant throughout the wipe
