Extract camping is not a rewarded method, extract campers can be countered and the idea that somehow someone isn't allowed to sit in an extract because it's a sacred ground where no one can be except when extracting is stupid. Try clearing and not just rushing in.

You can't run tarkov at lowest settings because then it relies to heavily on the CPU to do everything, you gotta turn up the settings a little for it to start offloading onto the GPU
