Welp, I just had my first run-in with desync. Came up some stairs from the underground in factory, saw another player scav there, but I was pretending to be an AI.

He shoots me in the back once, I turn around and blast him quickly.

The wiki says you can increase 'Stress Resistance' by simply having the pain debuff but I just ran around for about 5 minutes with a broken arm and making sure I had the debuff for pain next to the fracture and it didn't go up at all. Is this out of date info?

when i do that quest, usually a few quests before it, ill go on interchange with real armor in my backpack, have my friend shoot me, ill dump it in a bush and then play like normal

mainly because playing normally with that vest is kinda eh, you might just get onetapped by a shotgun scav, you might kill the whole server without getting shot in the chest, you might have another player take it for their quest if you die etc, especially because the quest can be pretty tedious if you just dont cut out the fat. but thats just my opinion

The current state of the game with ammo, armor, etc has pushed people to be a more toxic community AND has encouraged the rat play style, especially on labs

#

You’ll rarely anymore see people pushing extremely hard and going full send into PVP on that map, you’ll see people sitting in green room with their full stack or hiding in corners

@quick urchin yes this was a dream once in Unity Engine. Because terrains, shadows, lightning use to suck in Unity. Even Tarkov struggled to make the game look better in Unity

I don't think this kind of output will ever come to tarkov but maybe BSG's next game will have it. Since the team is now more trained in Unity Engine. I think when BSG started, they were not Unity experts

but that said "this scene in Unity" looks as good as CryEngine and Unreal's output if not better

Just saying, being solo isn't the hardest, it really depends just on how you play, if you're with a team, then you'll be spotted easier, get less loot, are more limited, can get easily confused, etc.

I want to operate both a laser and a flashlight on my MP5 so I have equipped 2 different devices, a flashlight device and a laser device. Toggle tactical device operates both the torch and the laser simultaneously and toggle tactical device mode doesn't appear to do anything. I want to have the laser on at all times and for "toggle tactical device" to only operate the flashlight. Is this possible?
