@topaz widget At the current time the next wipe is still unknown, it could be end of October to November with 12.9 or it could be end of November to December with the launch of 13.0. It all depends on how the progress on patches are, they are currently delayed with all the new server arch which they need to deploy in front of 12.8's release and the Unity upgrade. So if I were you, I'd just go for anything you wanna do, you'll have plenty of time

i was hiding in a bush ... suddenly some scav player is shooting another scav player, that guy comes running directly towards me ... had to kill him ... now my cover was blown, had to run into another bush, was sitting there for 3min, slowly walked back to the body, suddenly the initial scav player showed up, he ran away after shooting didn't work for him or for me ... took the gun form the dead scav player ... ran over the bridge went into the bus and IN THE FUCKING BUS someone was sitting in the middile and waiting wtf

If you don’t like the position you’re in, I think you have to move.
Watch Pestily fight in dorms or factory. It was educational watching him get ‘naded in a dorms room so he just sprints out the door into the room across the hallway. I think he did that twice and then hip-fired his then flustered attacker to death.

theres a bug to jump and glitch your arms through walls to shoot. LABS is entirely cheaters. the best ammo is too accessible to everyone. the hitreg is bad on arm hitboxes it seems. BSG needs to change something, their approach. listen to the community in my opinion rather than "We'll make the game how we want".

From the video it sounds like he was saying that it’s good for quest times for the medial quests. Also barter items for hideouts or for traders. Those boxes do contain a good about of loot and you can make good money i suppose. Like I said it all depends on the person, the video is just explaining the key and his guide on them to help people make money and for quest items.

@indigo quest The point with keys is that you gain access to various high loot spawns where you only have to get lucky to find an item with a very high value such as LEDx spawns oder generally Items which give you high profit when you extract them

Normally you dont gain access to that many loot spots except on Interchange or Shoreline but Keys just expand your access to loot points and that not by adding but multiplying your chances to make even more money out of your runs

@spare stream The Kiba keys are really profitable when you can actually make it inside. Remember that the Power has to be on (look for Safe Room Extract to light up green, or go turn on power yourself). If the doors are already opened, check windows for players and be quick to loot. It's located in a pretty contested area, so just watch out and you'll be okay. It pairs well with the safe room extract key (Object #11SR, or something), because the switch for that is right up the escalator next to Kiba

It depends, honestly. If someone turns the power on right in the beginning, they either: Being a noob or running straight for techlite/ultra/kiba. If you go a while on interchange and the power is still off, there's a good chance one of those spots are being camped waiting for those that DO turn on power.

Interchange is tricky, because of how many angles there are to look at. Know your routes and have a general plan of what you want to accomplish before you go in. Frequently check the extracts, because if the power gets turned on, it could be your cue to rush some of the tech spawns before it's too late, or kill the players that are busy looting there

You don't necessarily need to hunt players once power is on. Just knowing the typical spots or routes that players would be returning to (after restoring power) or exiting through is an advantage!

Also, idk if you know, but Kiba has a very loud and recognizable alarm that goes off once the inside door is unlocked. So if you're alone, I'd highly suggest lootin' N scootin'. You'll want to clear the shelves along the back walls and there are 2 weapon crates in the caged area

With 12.8 we should see some stability improvements, as we will be moving to unity 2019 which has a raft of fixes for common memory leaks and other issues. It'll most likely take till November and 12.9 for them to be fully assimilated however

Anyone know what can randomly cause sudden dehydration and energy loss? Entered with everything full and 10 minutes into a raid in woods I find my self dying of dehydration and no energy. I had not taken any damage, didn't even get in a fight, and was playing pretty slow so wasn't sprinting much.

Yea, I'm always careful to make sure everything is full because i never bring water or food with me.. I was maybe 10 minutes into the raid and had spent a good amount of time prone on a hill side trying to find a player that was picking off scavs.

ADS does do some draining of stamina. Drains your top strength bar, then after that is exhausted your running and movement stamina bar. Could have something to do with it, but definitely seems weird

speaking from experience when i used cheats in rust to kill chinese cheaters, it becomes just another game

#

just different game from others play

#

it basically becomes a sort of tactical gameplay where you need to be aware what parts of body you expose in that environment

#

try to take cover in a way that doesnt let the other cheater oneshot you

#

and understand peekers advantage and hit detection to outcheat the cheater

#

im not saying its fun but this is the sort of "challenge" that cheaters face in fps games

no idea ... i haven't seen any cheaters yet on tarkov, so didn't have the issue ... and if a cheater did in fact kill me, then i would assume it's a regular player that is just ten times as good as me anyway 😄 so i am not nearly at a level to figure out if a good player or a cheater killed me
