me and a friend scaved on reserve yesterday and someone set up a trap with rig, armor and dead body. I took the rig and searched it (thank you for the fuel and paracord mister). My friend decided to go up to the dead body (even tho the trap was so obvious and me warning him that it is a trap). He gets shot instantly and I extract with 300k more in my stash.

Check out a youtube video or something on loot spawns you should check, and if you decide to be a chad eventually and go in as PMC with gear; check marked room / other high value rooms that require keys, look for the boss and kill other chads for them big bucks catshanka

First of all you should learn the extracts for scavs (normally Hermetic door, CP fence, hole in the fence by mountain, heating pipe etc..) you are guaranteed to get atleast one of those everytime you scav on reserve, and most are pretty easy to get to without too much of a hassle.

Cant tell you how easy it is to scav on reserve if you just stick with your AI scav buddies if you know theres PMC's around..
Also.. dont shoot any scavs! Scav on Scav violence needs to stop!

Best way is to just throw a bunch of nades, walk/run/jump while being overweight.. You'll get a few levels pretty quick if you just keep the weight up and chuck nades ^^

There isn't a cap btw, just slows down after X points gained during a time period.. wait like 5 minutes ish and you'll be good to go again

Docs are actually pretty good ^^ Usually you wont be carrying ALL the keys for a map anyways (since alot of them are trash keys), so having one or two docs case is more than good enough for the essential keys + some space for money / dogtags etc

my favourite budget kit is ssh + the class 4 ceramic body armour + scav vest

#

ceramic armour is pretty much single use so dont waste money on insurance

#

the class 3 steel armour from ragman is pretty good too, you usually get it back from insurance and it repairs really well, though you really want atleast lvl 4 vs players

#

762x39 is the most common round for noobs since the sks and 136 use it and it pens class 3 in a couple hits but struggles with class 4

#

That's horrible advice. The first thing you want to do is panic. Nothing strikes fear in the heart of your enemies like sudden and erratic gunfire erupting all around them. Then, throw two grenades... it doesn't matter where. Last, move to an open spot so no trees or walls or anything block your line of site and then reload. Once you pop that next clip in... it's on.
