definitely play reserve when you get a red rebel, imo it's actually one of the better maps for new players because it has no choke points and it's easy to avoid other players if you don't want to engage for any particular reason - unlike customs or interchange. It also has by far the best loot for progression, and the only drawback is the difficulty of extraction, which is solved by RR.

rn, reserve is kinda busted, you are putting yourself at a disadvantage by not playing it - especially if you still need to progress in levels and hideout.

can confirm you can make millions in a few hours ez on reserve with rr. sucks that i have to waste all my good ammo on the hatchlings

yeah, focus on quests first and when you can comfortably (without burning all your money) afford a red rebel and build a decent loadout with good ammo, definitely start learning reserve

@dim basin yeah RR is getting ever more pricey day by day so take that in mind its wayyyyy longer of a money grind now. RR pays off though.

tarkov was designed to be niche game. the noobies fucked the servers. you just gotta know when to play, i made 2.5 mil or more last night ez. you can play this game for hours for sure. maybe one or two major crashes a day

@limber spruce I don't think the PUBG situation applies to Tarkov. PUBG was broken on a functional level, it wasn't just the netcode or server stability, the game was fundamentally broken.
While Tarkov on the other hand, on it's core systems and game pillars is fairly well polished and incredibly functional, it's just the networking and servers struggling and needing more work

I never do. As I said, 90% I never see a team. Rarely I see duos. Never 3 or more except if I play factory. Really screws me up. I position based on one sound and get shot in the flank by the other guy. Pretty much every time. Sometimes I get one kill, sometimes they spot me first.

If I knew ahead of time I was up against duos I'd play differently. As it is it's rare enough that it just gets me killed compared to plays that do well against solos

The 153 is cheaper, has more options for modifications, is semi-auto, and modifications for the thing are cheaper. They'll keep coming just fast enough that you're not able to loot any of the bodies. I usually run out of ammo around the 45th scav or so and die trying to scavenge a weapon.
