You can overclock the RAM frequency in the BIOS, maybe you will get +5-10fps. Test your fps with fov 50-75 range, maybe on 50 or 75 you will get more fps.
In settings turn off HBAO/SSR. about shadows and textures, I have more fps on high textures and medium shadows, you can create an empty lobby and test at which settings the average fps is higher.
