So genuine question. I just upgraded from a ryzen 3 2600 and an RX570. With EFT, I never had any really issues playing besides low(ish) frames. Hovered around 40-50 most of the time. I not have an i7-12700k with a 3080 and am now getting a ton of stuttering, fps drops and screen tearing. Settings are are medium with things like shadows being on low. Drivers are also up to date. Anyone have any ideas what else I can do?

open cmd in administrator mode and type: sfc /scannow - this will validate windows files
reinstall game
reinstall windows 10 -use window10 not 11 it is faster. I can help if you want to do this
this is basic troubleshooting it might help

ok, seriously negligable power draw, the QL120's have a max power draw of ~0.30 Amps (~2.4W) and the ML120's are at ~0.219 Amps (~1.752W); giving you a grand total of around 22Watts for the whole lot, running at full tilt

so i'd guesstimate that it will hardly jump over 25 and over 30-35W for the lot should be basically impossible. That said, if I were making total build consumption calculations for my own build, I always use the worst case scenario numbers, so let's say 30 tops.

Hello, so I’ve recently stumbled upon this genre of games like EFT and Hunt Showdown, those are the games I’m looking at

I wanted to play EFT because it actually has servers for where I live and I like it a bit more, if I were to play hunt showdown I would be playing on 150+ ping which is not the best. One problem is that I’m not an adult and my parents don’t allow me to play EFT. I do respect their decision so if anyone has any ways I may be able to convince them or other game suggestions that aren’t as “real in an urban environment” as EFT and that also have severs somewhat near South Africa that would be amazing.
