Either allow us to shoot each other or punish bad scavs severely, the current system is completely broken, and good, the cool down should be 24 hours+. Fuck bad scavs. The 30 minute cool down obviously isn't dettering these people. I get killed by bad scavs on like 50%+ of my scav runs.

Yeah well factory is a bad scav fest and that's all I scav cause if I run a non miniscule map I want to have lots of space for loot, I do scav interchange sometimes though and I die to them less there but it still happens more often than it should.

I just don't get whats good about scav karma in it's current state, it only punishes the people that care, waiting 30 minutes is only like 10 minutes longer than normal, that's beyond not harsh enough.
