When it errors it temporarily rolls back to the previous raid loot. You may have had that happen just before you went in? Idk dude, but I've had the loot rollback a lot, and then revert seconds later. I wouldn't touch anything while it's rolled back.

You have to watch a stream that has drops enabled for 2 hours for the first drop, then for 4 hours a piece for each subsequent drop. and you have to claim them in order for it to start counting toward the next one. Also, stream can not be muted
