Well even in offline mode to test out different settings I get like massive spikes

I tried a lot of different settings. Tried even changing settings in nvidia control panel. Uncapped fps didnt fix either. I have a Rtx 3070 and a intel i9-9900k and still low fps

I hear the game is just poorly optimized but I see streamers getting like 100+ fps
