no, you will not get free DLC. The season pass only comes with purchases of the Edge of Darkness version of the game. The game will leave beta whenever the developers think it's ready for a full release. The next time the game will be on same will likely be around New Years-first week of January.

so when you lower your graphics settings, your computer thinks you have a crappy card so it tries to put more load on the CPU
but your card is more powerful than your CPU
so you will need to max out the graphics settings to take load off your CPU and it should increase your FPS and reduce stuttering like it did for me

back when I had a similar issue I saw that in a raid my CPU was at 70% load and my GPU was like 20-30% load, but when I changed the settings to a higher value, my CPU went to 50% load and my GPU went to 50-60% load
