@brave nymph matchmaking at same time as u has a chance to put them in same match, but depending on what servers both you and streamsniper have selected it can be a quite small chance

often streamers hide their server code, since it tells the stream sniper if they did manage to get into same match as u

fucking joke game. from 100 meter from a fucking window, i headsoted a scav 8 times (without any protection on him) my weapon ran out of ammo and i suddenly see, that scaw just " launched" a VOG from fucking 100 m away, in the room where i was i ran out of the fucking room, with my budy, and we both died. outside of the fucking room. 😄 full gier, in the first 2 minute in teh fucking raid.

Thought id share this post i got from reddit from a soldier commenting on his view on a realism check on tarkov as states :
Being both a soldier and a player of realistic/tactical games, whenever I play a game and explore the features I ask myself, ‘would I or anyone else do this in reality?’
For EFT, overall most of my answer to that question is a resounding ‘no’. The game is for all intents and purposes Mil-sim/ airsofter level of ‘tacticool operator porn’ and really does not portray reality all that well, despite their advertising. The only realistic element of the game I would openly praise is the ‘survival’ aspect of the game and its atmosphere, which I believe is worthy of praise. I will also like to point out that most people praising it for realism are also not particularly credible critics.
EFT has a huge bias towards armour, to put very succinctly armour is overpowered in the extreme.
Body armour in EFT literally covers the entire torso of the player, in reality, only a small portion of the torso is covered in rifle resistant plates but in EFT choosing something like the 6B45 armour with shoulder protection instantly grants you this rifle protection to the entirety of the torso, arms included. That’s just ridiculous.
You have helmets that can literally defeat rifle rounds at near point blank range and require multiple armour piercing rounds to defeat. When struck, such helmets merely give you some blurry vision. Some face shields can even defeat some rifle rounds at point blank range. Sure some rare few helmets can defeat rifle rounds in reality, but you’re going to feel it. But in game when I put my P226 literally at the back of someone’s helmeted head and fire off a full magazine into him, my reward for stealthiness is him turning around and blasting me without missing a beat.

Because of ‘face meta’ everyone is running around with face shields, which has apparently become standard issue for EFT players. Now, take a moment to check how many soldiers actually use face shields in reality. Outside of specific niche applications, absolutely none.
The whole point of body armour in reality is to give you a chance if you get hit. In EFT, its opposite, nobody cares about avoiding from getting hit, its so you can absorb more damage than the enemy can dish out!
The game has a massive bias for armour piercing ammunition, such as M995, when in reality they are not used often. Whilst many other ‘non-AP’ ammunition get tossed to the wayside and have massive differences in effectiveness. In reality, ammunition choices between models do not really ‘make or break’ battles, they perform more or less the same with very little variances between them in reality. Instead of ‘A ammo is better than B’, they should have highlighted the (relatively minor) nuances between ammunition types.

In my opinion he is absolutely correct for the realism side but in the game it does make it difficult to want to play when you got human tanks running around in a "realistic" shooter but in actual reality a fucken 7.62x39 standard issue ball round will tear through a level six armor with up to 3-4 shots even though its level 6 doesnt mean it can take 5-9 standard rifle ball rounds. Tarkov is meant to be a shooter in a world that is war torn and broken down... In reality a war torn and broken down country would not have heaps of access to this ammunition IE "AP" or if any very little as most soldiers that would have left their weapons in tarkov would have been packed with standard rounds as no one in a standard issue kit for infantryman (before tarkov went war torn from these paramilitary PMC soldiers) run AP rounds. I want to love tarkov but how can i when it says its realistic but arma 3 with the Advanced Armor Plate Mod with over 450+ inserts from trauma pads, to level 1 to .50 cal. stopping inserts and ace mod is way more realistic and im sorry to say it. Its my opinion cause as stated armor plates arent there to fully stop bullets its to take 1 or 2 to give you a chance and oh in reality get shot with a 12 gauge buckshot in the chest with even a level 6 plate it would knock ya over, break ribs, wind you and be in a shit ton of pain. 🙂 Thats my and the reddit dudes view.

I reckon BSG should actually take time doing armor testing with real guns and take their time and actually study proper ballistics instead of text books actually do proper physical testing. I shoot guns all the time i own a kimber in .38 super. I know ballistics and what bullets do to armor and people and objects i test shit all the time with different powder loads and how much powder i press into my cartridges.

Nowhere near realistic in this game a dude wearing level 6 armor can tank 6 shots of .000 aught buckshot and still walk. In reality 1 shot would wack him on his ass winded, sore, broken bones or fractured and possibly clinging to life. Its not just the armor stopping the bullet its the backface deformation of the plate.

The bullet that impacts and push dents into the back of the plate and cave the plate in with the first couple of rounds and after multiple rounds eventually penetrating killing or maiming the individual.

That's entirely different material though, brick is a very porous material and armor steel is dense and thick.
Standard FMJ 7.62 Soviet wouldn't deform NIJ 4 plates but it would certainly knock the wind out of you.

Im not and never would diss tarkov i want to love it but i feel i just didnt get a super realistic shooter. I would love to play a game where the Armor is realistic as real life where it would knock ya down winded and trying to get up... pretty much a pin point accurate combat sim ballistic wise and stuff. is anyone else struggling with ping atm? we'r 3 ppl getting kicked out of the game cause ping is 200+
