Best thing to do if you're low on money or rusty on combat, run scavs and go for loot not players. Get loot, extract. Everyone wants to pvp but sometimes you have to know when to fight and when not to fight. When i killed the 2 pmcs that had the thermals and icase i ran into another player who had abetter line of site and better position. Instead of taking the fight i backed off and left.
