Sounds like tarkov lately, so many people trying to get in to a raid as scav that it fills up active servers. So its trying to stuff and get as many people in as it can. When a scav/player scav dies the game will immediately shove another player in there if it can, depending on how long it took you to load it could have started loading you in much earlier into the raid

It's not the willingness to spend money that's getting them, it's the amount of devs they have, the experience of those devs, and the schedule of those devs. One server crash can cost you a lot but it doesn't match up for 1st place in the "awful game devs" top charts.

BattleState Gaming tried to fix this by adding BattleEye... BUT This one guy purposely tried to get himself banned by BattleEye and it took him 2 MONTHS. He tried every hack he could find, even easily detectable macro's but ultimately had to turn himself in to a live chat Ubisoft agent.

Theres no real protection agaisn't hacks, the best way method is detection like a virus detection, they detect the file running on the computer, howeever if a programmer programs 1 hack for himself or sells to only 5-10 ppl (like they do on hack forums) good luck getting them banned if they play it smart.
