So, question is, how can I deal with bushcampers? There's no such thing as " don't get ambushed ". You can't check every inch of the map unless you spend 30 minutes walking around, checking everything and doing nothing at the end. So how do you guys deal with it?

Well, you have scavs and PMC's. PMC's (on your play menu on the right side) is your main character. You can give that any weapon or gear you like and can afford. Also, you can only do missions with PMC. You can accept missions at the traders. Each trader has missions when you reach a certain level
When you spanw in game as PMC, you spawn at the very start of the map. Everyone on the map is your enemy
scavs, player scavs, PMC's, so you might want to kill on sight ๐
Your goal is to kill people or loot. And extract with that loot and make money out of it. Or in case of gear, use it
