Bandages stop bleeding, splints heal fractures, AI-2's heal your limbs CAR's, Salewa's, I-fak's and everything else heal your HP pool and stop bleeding, CMS kit's heal blacked out limbs to 1 and basically half that limbs HP, surv12's heal limbs to 1, and sets max HP for that limb to about 75%, and it can heal fractures

General rule of thumb is you always want to repair armor before going into raid, because at a certain threshold of durability, the armor starts lossing protection capabilities

The thermobag is pretty worthwhile too.
Having a full one of those with food and drink is a pretty good threshold to keep on if you're doing a lot of back to back raids.
