there are many begginer guides, and there is offline mode to practice, but what is important if you don't know anything else:

going into raid (not offline) means you are risking all gear that is not in your secure container (you die = you loose it)
you should play scav as much as you can (i.e. after every death, to allow your PMC to heal as many HP so you don't have to spend as much meds)

it does not matter whether you report it or not, if it was so obvious raging that it can be 100% sure from your video, it will be banned by battleye anyway, and if it is suspicious but can't be sure as it is possible to explain it through bug or desync it will be dismissed anyway
