I really like the AK-74m (5.45). Can get the recoil down to ~45-50, use that with 7N39 if you have access to it or BS ammo. Erg can stay around ~65-70. Pretty easy gun to handle

#

But if you like 7.62, you could mod out an AKM to about ~65 recoil with ~60 ergo. 7.62 BP ammo hits pretty hard, but a little harder to control recoil if you're bursting with the gun. Tapping is the way to go with the AKM imo

Yeah, the learning curve on this game is pretty steep. I would suggest learning customs in offline mode as most of the first quests/tasks are set there.

A lot of the game comes with time and learning the hard way, but there are tons of great resources out there. Ammo is key. The type of ammo you use helps a lot with being able to kill what you need.

You can add friends in Tarkov itself, if you go down to the messenger tab in the bottom right. There's a friends tab on the top right of the window that opens. Once there, search your friends name and then it should drop down, right click it and hit send friend request and it'll add your friend to the list.

help! i am unable to install the game after purchasing it this weekend. I keep getting corrupt source file when installing the launcher. I tried installing to another system and bnringing it over via usb and now I get checksum error...heeelllpppp

It might be just me sucking at game but honestly I think level and "money spend" is enough for the level rank progression. Do we really need to drop impossible to do quests? I find myself focusing over them too hard and dying in the process. Especially with the "go kill scavs without any armor" "go kill scavs with that very specific weapon" " I really want you to kill me some pmcs with pistols" "find foking ciggaretes in raid"
