if yes, turn on vsync
it'll raise the fps limiter
if he doesn't, turn on vsync and then force it off in nvidia control panel and that also unlocks the fps
then tell him to run fps 2 from console and see what takes the longest to run in frametime
and optimize based on that

Scav Raiders have their gears level-up on the wave; earlier ones have shotguns and submachineguns usually, and later ones have M4s and so. Someone thought like that, and I'm 70% sure that Scav Raiders come in with better and better gears.

Impossible variant usually have F-1 or RGD-5 and use them too frequently, and of course too accurately. Then they use their desired weapons with autoaim-like accuracy.

That's the first line on the about page, we'll never have to deal with SCUMs nutrition system, we'll never have to change batteries in our sights, and especially we'll never have to deal with a realistic wound system. If you compromise the realism of the games core mechanic, then the game stops being Tarkov and starts being Arma or one of the other yearly shooters.
-and as fun as Arma can be, that's not what a large portion of this games fanbase signed up for.
