SP-BT < 7n1 < LPS/SNB
armor damage would be realtive low, on the SP-BT so you couldn't just "chew" through higher level armors.

SNB scaled down a little (pen L5 consistently, 70ish damage, 50% on 6) so that it can be available to players a bit sooner, and reward popping helmets (the original intent of the Mosin, mostly)
7n1 able to pop 2/3, ok (50s, and decent climb) against 4, but dealing 120ish damage (justified, remembering that this is the lowest penetration of all the high-cal rounds in the game, and that we have 9x19s that do over 100) and LPS penning 4 consistently, iffy on 5s (60 percent, IDK)and rare on 6s (requiring 2-3 rounds of chewing) doing 80 or so.
The Class 6 of protection is supposed to be able to stop AP 7.62x54Rs, and this stops any level 5 from buying a few LPSs from Flea market and be able to cap ang Gen4 user in the chest.
SNB becomes a skill-based round (rather than just bad, like it is now) and 7n1 becomes more devastating to anyone no wearing adequate armor, giving it an actual purpose.
I'd also like to see thorough velocity affecting pen and mortality.
That is to say, closer range is easier to pen. armor, but harder to kill (faster bullet = passes through with less damage) and harder to pen armor at range, but easier to kill
(so that your Gen4 actually DOES SOMETHING about the guy 200m away with a 50k loadout able to 1 you in the chest)
