you should look for temp differences with both of them, performance will be the same and factory OC isnt really going to change that much. I would go with the MSI if prices really doesnt matter to you, i think that the quality of their products is a little bit better. But again, check at the temp differences between this two.

it really depends a lot on what resolution you are playing, I have a i5-11600 with an 4070 playing at 1080p, with some tweaks like smooth motion the bottleneck really isn't that big of a deal. if you are playing at 1440p then forget about bottleneck. By the way I told you to buy MSI because thats what i prefer, but again, its your choice.
