had a really weird raid tonight, killed kalante(i know spelling is wrong) and his guards in the mall on streets and a player was also sniping them from the hotel across the street, so after killing them i hung out in the back stair well for a few minutes waiting for him to push over. He never came over so i looted the bodies in cover and there were 2 ai scavs on the 2nd floor that were not aggroing me, not turning, just frozen, and then i began taking damage to my thorax but i wasnt getting shot. I tried to shoot the scavs and their bodies were getting hit but they were not dying(an entire mag of .45 AP to the face), when i finally realized the game is broken i got up and attempted to kill a scav and one of them shot and killed me. Anyone had this? almost like a very very bad desync situation, weird. 3k hours not a noob just never had a raid/bug like that

If you're upgrading anything I suggest getting yourself to a 7800x3d would net more fps gain than a gpu upgrade on tarkov.

If you're running a Ryzen 5 2600x / Intel i7 8700k or similar the 7800x3d would be a larger upgrade than if had those cpu's or similar and went from 2060 to a 4080. You wouldn't be able to push all the frames the 4080 could produce.

Not really. Check deals and see. A 4070 would be huge but if you could get a deal like I did you could save a ton. The microcenter near me had Ryzen 6950 XT cards for $480 USD. That's basically buying a 4070 ti for hundreds off. The difference in fps would be like 3-7fps and the cost difference is massive.

Since you grabbed yourself a 5800x3d. Did you do any PBO or manual overclocking? Ram's XMP settings enabled? Do you use Process Lasso or Intelligent standby list cleaner in your setup for Tarkov? You can get quite a bit more stability in tarkov making sure these are enabled and being used correctly.
