If running is your only concern, the SJ6 is definitely better, it improves your stamina capacity and a recovery, and has negligible downsides, whereas the l1 does not last as long, and has a heavy energy and hydration cost. It does give you a PK though.

PvE plays on different servers that only have AI enemies. the other PMCs are AI
There are no wipes on your PvE account
