I had the same problem from like 11 pm last night and even until this afternoon. Close your game, go to regions server selection and only select ONE server region closest to you. I had it set to ALL US servers and I couldn't get a game even after 20+ tries but after changing that I've got into a game every other shot. If you hit 3 mins or so cancel and resend it.
