The only way I can accurately describe the Unheard and the EOD editions of the games is this: Imagine I compared a family of four to a single mother with five kids. There is just no comparison to be made. The family of four can afford a house, utilities, a car, etc. The single mother, however, is a different story. The single mother is living paycheck to paycheck, scraping for dimes and nickels in between the car seats. The single mother can't keep the lights on and the water running. To make the bots work, it has to be hosted somewhere, and they wanted to allow for co-op in pve zone from the get go and they’re not good enough to figure out peer to peer hosting so they just use their own servers (barely anyone will play it long term anyway so it’s only short term server load they should worry about)

That is partially true, it does allow you to bring more expensive stuff in the container, every secure slot matters pretty much. But at the same time it doesnt really prevent someone from just bringing the stims in their pockets and using them. Its a really small advantage.
