That isn't really something we are able to answer here. I know that if you have a trial account, you will need to reset it to get the upgrade items, but trial codes expire after a while and you certainly wouldn't have been able to keep using one for all the time you claim to be. Short of the press Edition, which was already turned to EOD, i do not know of any more promo version of the game.

Well its gonna be hard as a low level but as you lvl up your PMC things do get a bit easier plus youll get access to better gear which will save you more often then not but you have to be stratigic and play smart to wipe a 3-4 man use flanks nad nades to throw off sound so you can move easier too
