Scav raids are super long load times because so many people are trying to get in as a scav. Im sure the scav to PMC ratio is probably 3 to 1 or even 4 to 1. I just waited 12 minutes to scav interchange. I have noticed scav raids go quicker when you have another person with you. Might be worth it to just invite a random person from the discord to get in faster

@timid talon happens to a lot of people. just leave it. if you constantly start and retry, you'll get timed out and it will never DL. Servers are under heavy load, just be patient.
@mossy birch scav matching is taking a while as there is an imbalance of scav vs pmc early in wipe, expect long load times, 10~mins is not uncommon for certain maps/servers/times.

I just played a scav run and my extract didnt work? it was on woods, the southern UN roadblock, it is accessible to scavs, there was green flare, it was listed on my extracts list when double tapping O, it was not too close to me because i spawned at scav house, but the doors to the extract would not open. i tried every door, i tried shooting it, zero interaction.

I've heard non pen hits to an armour plate don't deal any damage though so assuming you only get hit in the plate you can tank even more damage from shitty ammo
