They first allowed people that bought EOD before a certain time, I believe if you bought EOD after 2020 you won't be in yet. On top of that, they let people in that report valid bug reports often, doubly so if you're in ETS

So even if you bought EOD after 2020, but you're in ETS and give a lot of feedback, they're more likely to kick you up to the front of Arena testing because you've proven that you will actually give good and proper feedback, and not just "Game broken need fix"
