ive had this idea for a chellenge for bored peole to play as a 4 man and have designated classes, something like squad or similar to have each squad member have a different and complimenting capabilities and drawbacks to the rest to force more teamplay. I came up with this: 1. scout-lightweight eqipment, short high ergo gun, no helmet no magnified sights. 2. saw gunner-tank-heavy higher class armor than the rest, no active headset, helmet with faceshield, drum mag in gun but mid tier ammo only, no magnified sights 3. grenadier- rifle with only ironsights and a ubgl, also carries utility grenades like smokes and flashbangs 4. marksman- glass canon, lower armor class than the rest, no helmet but higher caliber gun and uses magnified optics, shouldnt mod gun towards low recoil short range spam and should actualy try to play ranged mostly. This is an example team using russian weapons. this could easly be applied to the ar-15 family as well. id love to hear opinions on this and balance/fun improvments

Yeah its very wonky, I find the desync in general is better but the gunplay is still whacked. I shoot precision rifle and you do not lead that much on a moving target at 1-200m as you do in this game. Miss a ton of shots like that but rather here than my competitions lol.
