Make sure your Sharpness slider in game settings is set to where it was before, and also make sure that your AMD Adrenaline software is applying the right amount of sharpness if any is being applied. other than that, there is a chance it could be postFX, specifically the Luma Sharpen, and Adaptive Sharpen, which with your GPU, would probably benefit of haven them both off (0). if it's neither of those, then i'm not sure what else it could be off the top of my head man.
