Make sure to run task manager while you play so you can see what's maxing out. I know some guys that have been fine with higher speed 16gb RAM are now having issues after wipe, so you may be bumping up against RAM now.

Just try to confirm what the issue is first. It'll be pretty easy to tell in Task Manager if that's what's going on. Lighthouse has always been a pretty tough map for people to run, Reserve seems to take 2nd place in that regard, so I'd start there.
Luckily, RAM is pretty cheap right now, so if that's the case you might just be out ~$100 or so

The MDR is good yes. But this is tarkov. Ammo > gun. With BCP in that you arent gonna kill anything of substance

I pref 7.62 MDR but I can get m80 and m62 atm. And pretty sure PS pens more than BCP no? Most people I'm coming across have level 4 or 5 atm. And yeah everything comes out FIR

I would suggest doing the USEC camp for prapor as prio and just killing a couple scavs on the way. Because you have a lot more woods quests and thats meant to be done over time. Dont try doing too much in each raid. When you greed you bleed. Yknow?
Lose the backpack so youre under weight too. Can always pick one up off a scav. get rid of the mag as well. Because you cant reload like that in raid AFAIK. SKS is top fed on that mag
