but if/once you go to that map a lot and shoot said AI a bunch of times, they will basically treat you equally

Depends on how you’re shooting too, EFT recoil is high initially then balances out so longer sprays become more accurate, your stance affects it a lot too

Depends on the calibre of the weapon you’re using too, usually the bigger the calibre the heavier the recoil so if you’re stuck try with whatever you’re using try something like 9mm in a MP5 or something and you’ll find there’s little to no recoil

Way I got the gist of it when I looked at applying was - be helpful in Sherpa discord and get access to special role because of it, then apply/ask a mentor about it once you have said role and you become a trial Sherpa then after the trials and whatever else they give you the full big boy status
