so upgrade GPU first (im using a very similar build, R5 1600 and 1060 3gb)

now he's CPU limited and would gain probably at least another 20 with a 5600

No. Your scav has its own level. The XP you get on scav runs goes towards his level. As far as i know, scav "level" does not matter right now. You can also level his skills (there are some streamers that get max endurance on their scavs through the wipe) but yeah, as far as i know the actual scav's level does not matter now. It might though soon, with the karma being added last wipe as well as the scav quests you can get this wipe now.

Adar stock is -28% recoil and 13 ergo

and it counts as both a pistol grip and stock

so the only options you have to replace that at LL1 traders w/o flea is the AR-15 Colt A2 pistol grip which is +5 ergo

and the High Standard M4SS stock which is -27% recoil (worse than ADAR) and +4 ergo

which if you add the ergos up is only 9 ergo versus 13 on adar wood
