You cant properly do that for a while. When you get to high trader levels, at least 2-3 for all traders, you can start using the "Edit Preset" functionality on all weapons. This allows you to preview a build, and if you are happy with it, buy all parts necessary for the build. Workbench level 1 gets you access to this functionality, but right now it should not be your main focus.

• both factions have different starter stash, BEAR starts with russian weapons, USEC starts with NATO weapons
• currently, only the USEC faction has larger advantage, which is farming lighthouse rogues (they don't shoot USECs on sight unless you're a BEAR)
• BEAR has better drip clothings, if you worry about your character speaking russian and not understand it, use the new broken english voicelines
• there's a quest which only BEARs can do, and upon finishing it will unlock flashbang slugs for KS-23M (useful for "PMC flashbang kills" quest)

If i wanna focus on like sniping/playing stealthy am i better with usec or bear i looked at the clothing combos it looks like the bear faction has better camo is that correct ? will it change later on and if i don't like it am i able to change faction ?

Your clothes don't matter for camo as long as you don't get horrible bright white ones, your gear will cover 90% of it up

Usec starts with sleeves but bear doesn't so that could be something

You can only change when your character is reset

Also your faction doesn't actually change which guns you can use, just starting gear

I saw few people mentioning like usec is the favored faction and there's some quests to kill bears and its hard cause its not as popular will that screw me over in long run or is there ways around it or diff avenues to progress further? (Probably even more relevent cause ill be playing on oceanic server so lower pop overall)
