this event is testing chemical toxicity i think toxicity stat could be in the future used to disincetivise people from using too many stims or something like that, for example you get 10 tox for every stim used and you loose 1 toxicity every hour or something, when you get to 100 you get an efect like this event that you die in 8 mins unless you aply antidote
