I reset my account half way trough wipe and then stopped playing right after, so my pmc is like lvl 3 basically cant play if the all unlocked/super cheap traders isnt coming back

Average events aren't 4-6 but are closer to 6, and they've been known to fluctuate like crazy. Nothing super predictable here.
