in a certain way, yes. As when you move around, the weapon will try to snap to "aim-center", but if it moves too slowly, it will drift from that point, giving sway; if there's lower ergo, it won't keep up with those movements, so it'll seem like it's swaying more

Is to hit max trader rep

Ragman requires level 42 for his max trader reputation (Others are lower)

They unlock the items for each trader at normally cheaper costs than flea market

A lot of high tier items can only be bought via trader as well

what heals should i take into a raid

i normally take a salewa, splint, and analgins

theres several schools of thought, depending on resources

but you should take (at least) something for light bleeds, heavy bleeds, bones, painkiller and something to fix blacked limbs)

avoid using salewas/afaks/etc for light/heavy bleeds as they will deplete the healthpack a lot

(healing a heavy bleed with an afak spends 170 from the uses, for instance)

besides those "minimum requirements" there's variations and differences between the items

painkillers are very differing, army bandage has more uses, etc etc... then there's stims, which is a whole world on it's own

but basically, you want a [Antiseptic bandage/Army bandage], [esmarch/calok-b/cat], [AFAK/IFAK/Salewa/CAR], [Insert favorite drug to act as painkiller here], [Splint/Alu-splint] and a [Surv12/CMS]

those are the ones you should be aiming for

if budget is a concern, stick as many as you can in your personal container

and replace in-raid with items more valuable than selected med item

(once you get to carry stims/stim case, like the lunatic drug addict your pmc will be by then, come and ask chat again)
