You begin to notice issues below 95%, on anything you plan to use medium to long range I would recommend a brand new full durability gun. If you’re using maybe a shotgun CQB you can get away with shit MOA but it will still jam.

Most loot is in containers around the map, examine you use the middle mouse button, healing depends on what the issue currently is, eg bandage for light bleeds, splints for fractures
Go practice in a few offline raids, probably customs being your best bet, and if you can, bring up a map of customs on a second screen, and try and find landmarks in the map
