Most folks start the raid with extra ammo and meds in there and then move them out as they find more valuable (or needed) items

Just remember that any med in your pouch can't be hot keyed

Yes I would recommend putting one CMS kit inside it for when you get a limb blacked and maybe an alu splint plus ibuprofen

It's all about prioritizing, you gotta find what works for you cause when you don't take all the meds you need you're more likely to die but then you won't have spare bullets

PPBS and BS are usually what you need for getting through high-level armor, albeit expensive. BT, PP, and BP do alright at the mid level, and PS I usually use when on a budget. 7N40 is pretty good as well. I'd avoid everything else if you're not leg meta'ing at all

let me tier these for you for further insight:
Black keycard has the most reliable stim spawns, everything from low to high tier stims. Sanitar also has guaranteed stim spawns, with him always having some inside of his bag. The problem with Sanitar is killing his lackeys. Sanitar's closet on labs also gives consistent stims, but it costs 200k per keycard so it is pricey to do it. Health resort is the next most consistent, with stims almost always spawning on ground/medbags. Lastly, lighthouse has the least consistency, with random chances of stims spawning.
